Lee Evans – President
Lee was born and raised in Splendora, Texas. He attended the Arthur Temple College of Forestry at Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA) in Nacogdoches, Texas. After four and a half years of participating in Forestry Organizations, including serving as president of the Sylvans for two years, he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Forestry in December of 2000.
In January of 2001, he married his wife, Debbie Magee and the following June they moved to Austin, where Lee took a job as an arborist.

Brent Frazier – Vice President
Brent was born in Tupelo, Mississippi and moved to Arlington, Texas as a child. In 1996 he graduated from Texas A&M University (whoop for Aggies) with a degree in urban forestry and moved to Austin following a position as an arborist.
Brent brings fifteen years of experience to our team and his professional certifications include: ISA Certified Arborist TX-0965A, Texas Oak Wilt Certified Arborist TOWC-0065. Brent joined Certified Arbor Care at the end of December 2006 and in January 2008 Lee brought into the company as a partner.
Brent married Brenna Garland in February of 2007. They live in Round Rock and have two children, Ashyln and Kaden.

Brent Newsom – Residential Arborist
Brent (Newsom as we call him…since we have 2 Brents) grew up in Hughes Srings, Texas and graduated in December of 2008 from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Forestry.
Through college, Newsom gained experience in landscape maintenance and street tree surveys thru part-time work for the university. He has been a member of ISA and SAF (Society of American Foresters) for three years.
Newsom’s professional certifications include: ISA Certified Arborist TX-3633A and Texas Oak Wilt Certified Arborist TOWC-0150

Debbie Evans – Office Manager / ISA Certified Arborist
Debbie grew up in Nacogdoches, Texas (home of Stephen F. Austin State University). In May of 2000 she graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology. In January of 2001, Debbie married Lee Evans. In December of 2001, she graduated again with her Masters in Environmental Science form SFA and in January 2002 she worked as a staff scientist for an engineering and environmental consulting firm until the arrival of her daughter.
In April of 2006, Certified Arbor Care was born and she served as an executive assistant to Lee and office manager. Now with both kids in school Debbie is the life line of our organization and the lovely lady you talk to when you call the office.
Lee and Debbie have been blessed with 2 children, Ellie (August 2002) and Michael (May 2005) and they currently live in Liberty Hill, Texas.
Debbie’s professional certifications include: ISA Certified Arborist TX-3609A and Texas Oak Wilt Certified Arborist TOWC-1049.
